External Branding - getting noticed on a street level.

External branding, whether it be signage or vehicles, packaging is an important aspect of your marketing mix, as to a large extent, this is what the public sees and use to form their opinions of your organisation. An example of this is DynoRod and the familiar hi-vis orange vans, the company have made the colour their own and it is highly recogniseable. The downside is that many of the fleet of vehicles are suffering from the colour fading and looking a bit of a mess on vehicles that are getting that bit older. The choice of materials and duration of application on external branding applications is an important consideration, to ensure that the last day of its life, is as effective as its first.
